Robert D. Wilcox, M.D. is the Director of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas.  After graduating from Texas A&M University Magna Cum Laude, he attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, graduating in 1984 near the top of his class.

After medical school Dr. Wilcox completed eight years of resident training in three specialties.  He trained in General Surgery at the University of Florida from 1984 through 1989, and then returned to Dallas for his Plastic Surgery training at Southwestern Medical School.  Afterwards, he was invited to remain as a fellow in Hand and Microsurgery at Southwestern.

Dr. Wilcox entered private practice in Plano and North Dallas in 1992, though he remains active in the teaching of Plastic Surgery as Clinical Assistant Professor at Southwestern Medical School.  He has published and presented numerous scientific articles in the United States and abroad.  He was awarded the American Medical Association's Physician Recognition Award.  Dr. Wilcox remains current with the latest techniques in plastic and cosmetic surgery by regularly attending medical seminars, workshops, and conferences.

Dr. Wilcox has the distinction of Board Certification in two specialties: Plastic Surgery and Hand & Microsurgery.  This extra training provides important expertise in surgery of all parts of the body.  He is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, Dallas County Medical Society, Lipoplasty Society of North America, Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons, and numerous other medical organizations.

Dr. Wilcox is a respected member of the Plastic Surgery community and serves as President of the Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons.  He is also a member in good standing of the medical staffs of Columbia Medical Center of Plano, Presbyterian Hospital of Plano, Baylor Richardson Medical Center, Medical City of Dallas, and numerous other hospitals in North Dallas and the surrounding suburbs.

Alan Dulin, M.D. is the newest addition to the Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas.  He completed his undergraduate degree at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, where he was named to the Dean's List and was awarded the President's Scholarship for his academic achievements.

Dr. Dulin attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, where he was awarded the Barton Scholarship in his first year for outstanding academic performance.  He was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, graduating in the top ten percent of his class.

Dr. Dulin trained in General Surgery at the University Hospital and Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.  During this time, he had extended training in burn treatment and Plastic Surgery.  Following this, he accepted a Plastic Surgery residency position at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas, under the direction of the former President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.  During his training, he scored highest in the nation on the annual Plastic Surgery In-service Examination.  He completed an additional year as chief resident in Plastic Surgery with expanded clinical duties.

Dr. Dulin has special interest in breast and body contouring.  He has attended numerous courses throughout the nation on the latest techniques.  His extended training in general plastics has afforded him the ability to diagnose and treat a wide variety of disorders, including hand surgery, facial cosmetic surgery, and all the reconstructive techniques of modern plastic surgery.
