Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas is one of only few state-licensed surgical facilities in Texas. Many people don't know, but any physician with a current medical license with an office can perform plastic surgery. Plastic surgeons at the Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas are state certified by the Board of Plastic Surgery, and never "cut corners".  The team of plastic surgeons at the Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas are headed up by plastic surgeon, Dr. Robert D. Wilcox.

Dr. Wilcox opened his private practice in Northern Dallas, Texas in 1992, and remains active in the teaching of plastic surgery as Clinical Assistant Professor at Southwestern Medical School.
